He has completed his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and M.S. degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) at Middle East Technical University (METU) . He is currently a PHD candidate. He has  worked in various foreign and domestic companies in the field of  water engineering. He has specialized in flood modelling, planning reports and feasibility works, irrigation, pond, water supply design and modelling,  sewage, storm and GIS projects . 

He has completed his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering at METU and M.S. degree at Atılım University. He has also studied finance. After working in irrigation and drainage projects for many years, he is currently continuing his professional career as project manager in Sufen Project.
